How you can cover your stay by helping five children
At UP4S, we believe that volunteers don’t just make a difference themselves—they also inspire others to do the same. That’s why we’re introducing a new option that allows you to stay for free while making a lasting impact on the lives of children in Uganda.

What’s the idea?
Instead of paying for your accommodation, you can choose to find five sponsors for children in our program. Each sponsor donates €31 per month, which covers school fees, meals, and a safe learning environment for a child.

What you get in return:

• No accommodation costs at all

• Real, visible impact—with names and faces attached

• A chance to win a free safari in Uganda

Why this option?
We’ve noticed that many people back home want to help but don’t always know how. By sharing your story and asking five people in your network to sponsor a child:

• You provide long-term support to 5 children

• You invite others to be part of your journey

• You increase the impact of your time in Uganda

You won’t be doing this alone. UP4S will provide:

• A personal sponsor page

• Images, texts and tips to help you spread the word

• Help with answering questions from potential sponsors

And the safari?
Every volunteer who joins this sponsorship program will enter a competition to win a free safari in Uganda. The volunteer who finds the most sponsors during their time with us will receive this amazing experience as a thank-you for their extraordinary commitment.

How to join

• Sign up as a volunteer via the registration form below.

• Choose: “I want to find sponsors instead of paying for accommodation”.

• We kindly ask you to secure your five sponsors before your departure. This way, everything is arranged before you arrive, and you can fully focus on your volunteer work in Uganda.

• We’ll contact you to support and guide you through the process.
